Inside the app
Two things are faster from inside the app than by email, because they arrive with the context already attached:
- Contact Us — under Profile, then Settings. Comes through with your account details already attached, so we do not have to ask.
- Request a species — also under Settings. This is genuinely how we decide what to add next.
Reporting a submission
If you think a catch on a leaderboard is wrong — bad measurement, wrong species, or an outright fake — report it from the submission itself in the app rather than emailing us. That routes it into the moderation queue with the image and measurement data attached, which is what a reviewer needs.
Disagreeing with a moderation decision
If a submission of yours was adjusted or disqualified and you think that was wrong, email us with your username and the approximate date and time of the catch. Moderation actions are logged permanently, so we can always look at exactly what happened.
